Custom builder and owner, Scott Lindsley, along with his wife and building partner, Arlene, have been working in Northeastern Wisconsin for the past 3 decades. Their experience spans all phases of building and remodeling. Scott has a Master’s Degree in Engineering, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, that has laid the foundation for his success in managing all phases of the building process and ensuring things are done correctly, on-time, and on-budget. Arlene and Scott offer a unique team approach to making your dream home come to life peacefully. Whether you are using one of Wausau Homes 200+ home designs, or developing your home from a blank piece of paper, Scott and Arlene will work with you every step of the way in building your dream home. With Scott’s engineering sense of functionality, along with Arlene’s eye for design, and Wausau Homes’ proven track record & 3-step building process, your dream home will peacefully come to life.

Scott and Arlene’s son, Bryce has recently joined the team. Bryce has an engineering degree from Milwaukee School of Engineering and also has the mindset to focus on successful results. They guided us through picking out our finishes in a way that was not overwhelming which we are very grateful for. My daughter wanted to build a new home. I had remembered about Wausau homes so she called and processed began. From the first meeting and thru the hold process we found Scott and Arlene to be very knowledgeable and willing to help us on the journey. They gave many suggestions along the way and listened to our concerns. Communication was excellent thru out the process. Scott and Arlene and their son did a SUPER job!!
